Through my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), my approach as your holistic health coach is to listen to you carefully and help you navigate the contradictory information in the world of health to determine what changes you need to make for you.

As your holistic health coach, my emphasis will be on helping you transform your life by making improvements in your physical, mental and emotional health. When we partner for your good health, we will explore how all areas of your life are connected and how they affect your health as a whole.

As your one-on-one or small group holistic health coach, I will customize a program to suit your needs or your group needs, with program lengths ranging from 3 months to 6 months.
